A short post and a lot of apologies tonight to every one who was trying to download the template for the party hat during the last few weeks… even months maybe. I uploaded this template in November 2009 and only found out tonight that the link was not working anymore. Maybe it was a result of [...] Party hats always lend a festive touch to any party and when the party hats are somewhat unusual, the guests will enjoy wearing them a lot.
